Amoretti Meringues

Amoretti Ingredients

Get creative with Amoretti’s flavors and ingredients!


    • 3 egg whites
    • ¾ cup sugar
    • ½ teaspoon distilled white wine vinegar


    1. Heat oven to 200°F.
    2. Whip egg whites on high speed to stiff peaks.
    3. With mixer going, add sugar very slowly, “raining” it in.
    4. Add vinegar.
    5. Whip on medium speed until stiff, glossy and smooth, about 5 minutes.
    6. Divide into three bowls, each with about ½ cup.
    7. Fold in the flavors and fill pastry bags.
    8. Pipe onto a parchment–lined sheet pan. Sprinkle chopped pistachios and Amoretti Natural Pistachio Flour, if desired.
    9. Bake for 90-120 minutes, until meringues lift off paper easily.

Greek Salad

Amoretti Greek Salad

Healthy, fresh and deliciously great for a summer picnic!


    • 1 pint of grape or heirloom cherry tomatoes, halved
    • Amoretti Olive Oil

      Try our organic olive oil great for seasoning any type of salad!

    • 3 oz. feta cheese, cut into cubes
    • ½ cup Kalamata olives or black (about 15 Olives)- halved
    • 1 small red or sweet onion, peeled and sliced
    • 1 English cucumber – chopped and quartered
    • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano leaves, chopped
    • ⅓ cup Amoretti® Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • lettuce cups (optional)


    1. In large bowl, combine the tomatoes, olives, onion, cucumber, feta cheese and half of the chopped oregano.
    2. Once evenly mixed, pour Amoretti Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil and remaining oregano. Toss and Serve.
