Okay, so it’s a “cocktail mix,” yes, but it’s non-alcoholic. We think that means we’re in the clear for using it in a breakfast smoothie recipe, right? Today’s featured drink recipe is our new Amoretti Passion Fruit Smoothie. It’s not often that we share a smoothie recipe on the Amoretti Blog, so when we do, you know that it’s going to be good! Check out the drink recipe below…

Amoretti Passion Fruit Smoothie (serves two)

By using the actual fruit in our products, you get an authentic taste that does not disappoint!

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You don’t necessarily need orange juice for this drink recipe, but we recommend using it instead of using more of the passion fruit cocktail mix for lightening your smoothie. This recipe serves two.

Other Uses for Passion Fruit Cocktail Mix

Our Passion Fruit Cocktail Mix has a variety of uses. While you might enjoy it at breakfast in a smoothie, you can open it back up later in the day for one of these drink recipes:

Amoretti Peachy Passion Wine-Tini: Never had a wine-tini before? This drink recipe is a great introduction. It calls for a bottle of white wine, peach schnapps, fresh fruit, and our Passion Fruit Martini Cocktail Mix. It’s incredibly light and refreshing, which makes for a great summertime poolside punch.

Amoretti Passion Wine-Tini: This drink recipe is a much simpler wine-tini that still tastes fantastic. If you don’t have lots of fresh fruit on hand – or don’t have time to prepare a more involved drink – then definitely give this drink recipe a try!

The Amoretti Hurricane: If you’ve never heard the story of the Hurricane cocktail, it’s well worth your time. This liquor-heavy drink has a long and complicated political history in the United States. We think that just makes the drink recipe all the more juicy.

Amoretti Passion Fruit Zest: Vodka, passion fruit cocktail mix, a little bit of coconut cream syrup, and lemon zest. Tell us… what’s not to love?

Have a favorite passion fruit drink recipe of your own? We’d love to hear it. Let us know how you like your passion fruit! Or share your favorite drink recipes with other Amoretti fans on the official Amoretti Facebook page.
