- Mix 1 cup sugar and Almond Paste until small crumbly pieces are formed.
- Add Amaretto Extract and egg whites and mix on high for 4 minutes, until smooth.
- Drop onto a parchment- or silpat-lined cookie sheet and chill for 20 minutes.
- Before baking, dust with turbinado or raw sugar.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Let cool completely before serving.
