Ideally, you’ll steam your almond milk with a milk frother. If you don’t have one, heating it on the stovetop until it’s just short of simmering is fine. We recommend using almond milk because it gives a complimentary nutty flavor to this recipe that dairy milk doesn’t have. But if you prefer your milk from a cow, use that instead.

Pull your shot of espresso and add the steamed almond milk and two coffee syrups. Top with whipped cream and grated nutmeg.
