3 Cloves garlic, diced (or minced, depending on preference)

Amoretti Olive Oil

Fresh cracked black pepper

12 ounces fresh baby spinach

Prepare nonstick pan with olive oil and diced garlic. Sauté garlic until golden brown. Add fresh spinach. Cover and cook on medium heat for one minute. Uncover, toss spinach, cover, and cook for an additional minute.

Remove from heat, add black pepper and Amoretti Olive Oil to taste.
