Peppermint Chocolate Martini



Throw all of your ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a generous amount of ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, strain, and pour into a chilled martini glass. Enjoy! Two notes: One, you can warm the chocolate syrup slightly so that it will mix and dissolve a little bit easier. Two, this drink will catch up with you quickly, especially if you opt for 90 proof schnapps over the more traditional 30-40 proof. Also, it’s just so good that it’s hard to have just one!
