Amoretti Raspberry Creamsicle
- 1 (12 oz) bag of frozen raspberries, defrosted
- 1.5 oz Creamsicle “Type” Artisan Flavor
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 4 tbsp simple syrup
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until you have a super fine liquid. You might have some foam on top of the mixture. Give it a minute to settle, and/or scrape it off; your ice pops won’t freeze well otherwise.
Pour the mixture into ice cube trays, ice pop trays, or into freezer-friendly cups. Allow the ice pops about a half hour to become semi-frozen. Then, add wooden sticks and allow the mixture to continue freezing for 3-5 hours.
