Amoretti recently traveled to Le Cordon Bleu’s Atlanta campus to help host a macaron-making competition for its students. The event drew 17 student participants, many previously unfamiliar with the art of macaron-making. Delicious confections were created, awards were given, and a fun time was had by all. We wish the students best of luck in their future endeavors!
