- 5 cups chopped watermelon
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh-squeezed is best)
- 1.5 tablespoons superfine granulated sugar
- 1.5 tablespoons Amoretti Premium Lemon Syrup
- 1 cup water
- Silver tequila
Blend it all up until you have a very fine liquid. You might have to press and squeeze some particularly resistant chunks. Make sure you don’t have any solids left in your mixture. Also, remove any foam that won’t settle (it won’t freeze well otherwise).
Pour your watermelon margarita mix into ice pop trays, and stick them in the freezer for a half hour. Then, insert wooden sticks, and let them continue to freeze until they’re solid. Now, try your hardest to forget about them until tomorrow.
