There is no mistaking which olives went into Amoretti’s new oil with the intense aroma and flavor of kalamata. Maral Barsoumian, an owner, said the company infuses Tunisian extra-virgin olive oil with concentrated kalamata essence derived from real olives. A drizzle on tomatoes, grilled fish, pasta or country bread adds a bold punch.
