If you thought that Amoretti Martini Mixes are just for beverages, think again! Now that summer is coming to an end, it’s time to start packing school lunches instead of picnic baskets and the family van. A great snack is jello, using Amoretti’s Premium Wild Strawberry Martini Mix. With only about 75 calories per serving and 6 grams of sugar (the leading national brand contains about 18 grams of sugar); your little scholar can enjoy a healthy snack made with real vine ripened California strawberries.  Homemade Wild Strawberry Jello

Whisk the gelatin in a ¼ cup of the martini mix until thick. Add the hot water, always whisking, until slightly thickened. Add the rest of the martini mix and whisk well. Pour into a loaf pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Optional: pour into a cookie sheet with sides, once chilled; use a cookie cutter to cut into desired shapes.

Fill celery with the SuperButter. Arrange the pretzels or dried cranberries so that there is one included in each bite


See You Next Summer Tropical Parfaits

This can be eaten for breakfast, as a lunch accompaniment, or an after school snack.
Makes 2 servings.

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 ½ pumps Amoretti Premium Pineapple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ cup granola (no raisins)
  • 1/3 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • ¼ cup pineapple bits
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries

Combine the yogurt, Pineapple Syrup, and sugar thoroughly. Spoon into 2 Tupperware containers, or dishes if serving immediately. Top with granola and fruit.
