The theme this year is “Your Favorite Book”
This year’s National Championship will take place on July 8-9th, 2011, at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge, Phoenix, AZ. Teams from around the country will compete for the esteemed title to be the best at their art. Teams will have a total of 13 hours to complete a required list of elements, and then judged by a panel of experts on artistry and technical merit, work ethic and hygiene, and degustation. The first place winners will earn the honor to represent the US in the following year’s World Pastry Team Championship.
