Cinnamon & Butterscotch Iced Latte
- 2 shots espresso
- 1 ¼ pumps Amoretti Premium Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 ¼ pumps Amoretti Premium Crema di Butterscotch Syrup
- Whole Milk
Add the two coffee syrups to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Throw the espresso shots over the ice and shake vigorously for five seconds. The shaken espresso, coffee syrups, and ice will foam up. Pour this mixture into a tall Collins glass. Add more ice, if necessary, so that there is roughly two inches of room to the top of the glass. Float whole milk or heavy cream on top of the drink to taste. Do not stir.
