Engage the Senses With the New Amoretti Rose-Pear Martini Recipe
Imagine yourself in a verdant English garden. The heavy clouds of a late summer afternoon’s rain have rolled away and that shell-shocked quality of vivid, post-downpour color rings through every fiber of every leaf. The former silence dissolves and life crackles back into the garden. Everywhere you turn, there is color and there is life, and yet it is all somehow muted – serenely muted – by some sort of intangible mellow quality.
Are you with us? This is the imagery invoked by our latest martini recipe, the Amoretti Rose-Pear Martini. The Rose-Pear martini is bursting with flavor: wild and unbridled flavor. However, this is a different kind of martini recipe because “wild and unbridled” doesn’t mean “extreme” in any way.
Pear, Rose, and Coconut Cream, the three flavors in this drink, are all intense yet subtle flavors. They have bold personalities, but are not domineering. They are intense, but they do not overwhelm. They are distinct, but not garish.
We’ve recently discovered the pleasure of combining our Pear Martini Cocktail Mix with Rose Syrup and Amoretti Premium Coconut Cream Syrup. When brought together in a martini glass, these three flavors combine to create an intensely refreshing cocktail, which reminds us of that long walk through a garden following an afternoon downpour.

Add all ingredients (sans mint) to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until the martini is thoroughly chilled. Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass, then float one sprig of mint as a garnish.
