- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- 3 cups whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon Amoretti Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla (2 fold) Extract
- ¼ cup Amoretti Organolicious Premium Blue Agave Nectar
- 1 tablespoon Amoretti Premium Espresso Coffee Artisan
- Pinch salt
Place the milk in a small bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin over milk and let sit 5 minutes. Pour into a saucepan and stir over medium heat until gelatin dissolves, do not boil the milk, about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and pour into 6 small serving dishes, espresso cups, or wine glasses. Cool for a few minutes and then refrigerate until set, for a minimum of 6 hours.
