Enjoy this espresso panna cotta instead of your morning coffee!

Amoretti Madagascar Bourbon vanilla extract  is extremely rich and intensively assertive, but with the old-fashioned vanilla flavor you know and love.

Amoretti Madagascar Bourbon vanilla extract is extremely rich and intensively assertive, but with the old-fashioned vanilla flavor you know and love.

Place the milk in a small bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin over milk and let sit 5 minutes. Pour into a saucepan and stir over medium heat until gelatin dissolves, do not boil the milk, about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and pour into 6 small serving dishes, espresso cups, or wine glasses. Cool for a few minutes and then refrigerate until set, for a minimum of 6 hours.
