An easy-to-make & healthy afterschool snack, try it now!



    1. Spray a 9” square pan. Lay parchment paper into the pan with sides hanging over slightly.
    2. Spray the parchment paper.
    3. On a sheetpan, at 350°F, toast the oats, sliced almonds, Amoretti Almond Flour, wheat germ and flaxseed meal for 15 minutes.
    4. In a saucepan combine honey, Amoretti Blue Agave Nectar, brown sugar, diced dates, butter, salt and Amoretti Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Ext.
    5. Heat on medium for about 4 minutes, until sugars are melted.
    6. Pour toasted oat mix into a bowl and combine with warm sugar mixture.
    7. Pour mix into 9” square pan and bake at 300°F for 35 minutes.
    8. Set to cool for TWO HOURS before cutting. The bars need time to solidify before cutting.
    9. These can be wrapped tightly and kept for a week in the refrigerator.
