- 1 pint of grape or heirloom cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 oz. feta cheese, cut into cubes
- ½ cup Kalamata olives or black (about 15 Olives)- halved
- 1 small red or sweet onion, peeled and sliced
- 1 English cucumber – chopped and quartered
- 2 teaspoons fresh oregano leaves, chopped
- ⅓ cup Amoretti® Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- lettuce cups (optional)
- In large bowl, combine the tomatoes, olives, onion, cucumber, feta cheese and half of the chopped oregano.
- Once evenly mixed, pour Amoretti Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil and remaining oregano. Toss and Serve.
