These crunchy cookies are perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients:

Cinnamon Oil perfectly suits sweet or savory recipes.

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  2. Thoroughly mix together butter, sugars, eggs and extracts.
  3. Add in flour, salt, baking powder and white chocolate chunks and mix well.
  4. Roll into 1 inch balls and spread out on cookie trays approximately 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Once removed from the oven, while the cookies are still hot make a thumb size indentations in the centers of the cookies. Be careful and don’t not use your fingers; a handle of a spatula or something similar will work just fine.
  7. Let the cookies cool, meanwhile melt the dark chocolate.
  8. Fill the indentations with the chocolate mixture and enjoy!
