- 1 box Rice Chex® cereal
- 1 bag (16 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Amoretti® Pumpkin Spice Creamy Cookie Spread
- ¼ cup butter
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- Place Rice Chex cereal in a gallon ziplock bag and set aside.
- In a microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, pumpkin spice cookie spread and butter on high for 1 minute and then stir. Microwave in 30 second intervals until mixture can be stirred smooth.
- Pour mixture over cereal and shake bag until evenly coated.
- Add powdered sugar to bag, shake again until well coated.
