- 1 pump Amoretti® Passion Fruit Syrup AS-53
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 dash bitters
- ½ oz dark rum float
- Add ice to a shaker.
- Pump in the Hibiscus Syrup.
- Pour in the vodka, pineapple juice, and bitters. Stir well.
- Shake vigorously and pour into a martini glass.
- Gently pour rum over the top.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and edible flower if desired.
