- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 drop Peppermint Extract
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup flour
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in a mug. Once melted, add the butter, and stir. Next, add the peppermint extract. (Use only a drop, otherwise you’ll have a very bitter mug of brownie on your hand!) Add the sugar, and the flour. Stir all ingredients together in your mug. If the mixture is too thick or “dusty” with flour, then add a touch of water. Cook your brownie in the microwave for 1 minute, 45 seconds. Let it cool for a couple minutes, and dig in!
