Have you ever had pumpkin pie.. in a cocktail?

For many people, fall is one of the best times of year. You still get to experience the late heat of summer while enjoying the coolness that winter brings. By the time Halloween approaches and autumn is in full swing, there’s something relaxing and charming about the morphing leaves and the darker skies. It’s easy to imagine yourself bundled around a campfire with some good friends, sipping on a cup of hot chocolate or coffee.

Fall is the prime time for all these things – and pumpkin. If there’s any flavor that defines this time of the year, pumpkin is king. Whether it’s a homemade pumpkin pie during Thanksgiving dinner or a pumpkin muffin from a harvest festival, it’s amazing to think that this flavor is the embodiment of fall.

Now, as the chill of autumn sets in, it’s tempting to think of pumpkin as a warm flavor. We’ll use it in a warm drink recipe (coffee) or eat pumpkin bread that’s warm from the oven.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

We can enjoy this delicious flavor in our cold drinks – martinis – as well, using premium flavored syrups from Amoretti. So if you’re getting tired of those fruity cocktails and spicy gourmet coffee drinks, it’s time to mix things up by trying a dose of pumpkin in your martini drink recipe.

The Pumpkin Martini is certainly the prime drink recipe for the fall. Whether you’re inviting friends over for a bonfire in the backyard or simply want to enjoy this uniquely rich flavor, the Pumpkin Martini is your to-go-to drink recipe for the upcoming season.

Now, we know that it’s incredibly difficult to find pumpkin schnapps – or any pumpkin liqueur, for that matter – especially when it’s not fall. But the great news is that with flavored syrups such as Amoretti Premium Pumpkin Pie Syrup, you can enjoy quality pumpkin flavor in your martini.

Pumpkin Martini Drink Recipe Ingredients:

First, you’ll want to pour the cream liqueur and vodka into a shaker that’s filled with ice and shake thoroughly. Add the Amoretti Premium Pumpkin Pie Syrup (you can use a full pump if you want it really strong) and then shake again. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add the dollop of whipped cream on top for a fluffy finishing! If you want to add a bite to the flavor, feel free to use Amoretti Premium Pumpkin Spice Syrup instead!
