This unique recipe takes advantage of our Amoretti Wine Blossom Syrup – a unique and hard to find flavor that many people may not know how to use. What we like to do is be able to give you a recipe that will provide you with the framework to expand your cooking horizons and encounter new and incredible taste sensations at the same time. Enjoy!

Roasted Peach with Wine Blossom Syrup


  • Ingredients:
    • 1 full peach
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 2 tbsp Amoretti Wine Blossom Syrup


  • Directions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450°. Cut the peach in half and remove pit. Place on a baking sheet with the cut side of the peach facing upward. Sprinkle the peaches with cinnamon and drizzle with Amoretti’s Wine Blossom Syrup. Place peach in the oven for 10 to 15 min., or when peach starts to turn golden brown.

    Serve with vanilla ice cream, and drizzle with more Amoretti’s Wine Blossom Syrup.
