This particular recipe makes use of one of our more unusual syrups: Amoretti’s Green Tea Syrup. We always enjoy hearing about recipes that make use of slightly different flavors, because this means that you can make your kitchen truly unique in terms of flavoring. Many might not know what to do if they received a bottle of green tea syrup,( Green Tea is one of the most popular ice cream and dessert flavors in Japan ). We are happy to be able to offer this incredible recipe to get your dessert mojo going.
Green Snow with Amoretti’s Green Tea Syrup
- 1/4 cup sweet adzuki beans
- 5 tbsp sugar
For the snow:
- Amoretti’s Green Tea Syrup to taste
- 4 cups shaved ice
Putting together this recipe is very simple: first, put the shaved ice into four different bowls. Then, drizzle Amoretti’s Green Tea Syrup to taste. Essentially, what you are creating is a variation on an old fashioned snow cone. Once you have acquired the taste you prefer, topped with a scattering of the adzuki beans and sugar.
This is sure to be a unique dessert that you and your family will be able to enjoy through all seasons.
