- 6 oz. hot, strong coffee
- 1 pump Amoretti Premium Irish Cream Syrup
- 1 oz. Irish whiskey (optional)
- 1 tsp demerara sugar (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- dash of fresh ground nutmeg
Pour 6 oz of hot strong coffee into a glass. Stir in the Amoretti Premium Irish Cream Syrup, the demerara sugar and the Irish whiskey if desired. Whisk the cream just until it starts to thicken, then use the back of a tablespoon to float it on top of the coffee. Garnish with a dash of nutmeg.
