• 1.5 oz gin
  • 1 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • 1.5 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 pumps Amoretti Premium Kirsch Syrup
  • 2 oz club soda
  • lemon slice (garnish)
  • maraschino cherry (garnish)


Add everything but the club soda and two garnishes to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass. Add the club soda to the top, then add the lemon slice and maraschino cherry.
