St. Patrick’s Day Appetizer: Fruit Salad

Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 cups green grapes, halved
  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 4 to 6 kiwifruit, thinly sliced
  • Amoretti Premium Mojito Syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Cut each avocado in half, remove the pit, cut a diamond pattern on each half and gently scoop the avocado from the skins. Place the diced avocado in a small bowl and gently toss with the lime juice.

Cut the honeydew melon in half, scoop out the seeds and use a melon baller to cut out balls of melon. Place the melon balls in a large salad bowl. Cut the green grapes in half and add them to the salad bowl. Peel and slice the kiwifruit and add the slices to the salad bowl.

Pour 4 Tbs of the Mojito Syrup over the fruit in the salad bowl and toss to coat. Place the diced avocado on the top of the fruit salad and garnish with fresh mint.
