4 Cheese Jalapeno Meatballs

Juicy and bursting with flavor, these 4 Cheese Jalapeño Meatballs will get snatched up quick at any get together!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, they say. Most of the time we want something quick, on the go, and just easy for those groggy early morning hours. So maybe we don’t indulge in our breakfasts as much as we should. But for those mornings when you want to really do it up, we’ve got just the thing for you!

Start off the day strong with our protein-packed 4 Cheese Jalapeño Meatballs. Invest about thirty minutes of your morning so you can bask in the glory that are these flavorful, spicy but not too hot meatballs. With just enough cheese so you can feel their gooey deliciousness but not feel too full, they’re just what you need.

4 Cheese Jalapeno Meatballs

Our Jalapeño Pepper Extract adds just the right touch of spice and flavor to make any dish an instant favorite!


  • ½ cup onion
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs, dried
  • ¼ cup four cheese blend
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 egg, cold
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Amoretti® Natural Jalapeño Extract
  • 1 lb ground beef


    1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
    2. Cover a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
    3. Mix onion, bread crumbs, garlic, egg, cheese, ketchup, salt, pepper and parsley in a bowl.
    4. Add beef to mixture and gently combine. Do not overwork.
    5. Form into 1-inch balls and place on prepared cookie sheet.
    6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs are browned and cooked through.

    • Do not overwork the beef or it gets too soft.

Cauliflower Cheese Bites

Cauliflower Cheese Bites

This recipe will make you an instant fan of cauliflower!


    amoretti extract, extracts, thyme extract, rosemary extract

    Amoretti’s savory extracts impart extra delicious flavor!

    • 3 cups cauliflower “rice” (This can be purchased frozen or made by cutting up a whole head of cauliflower.
      Remove the stems and separate the florets. Using a food processor, chop until the florets are very small rice-size pieces.)
    • 1 bunch scallions, finely diced
    • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely diced
    • 1 cup cheddar cheese, small shred
    • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
    • 1 small clove garlic, minced
    • 1 egg
    • 1-2 egg whites
    • ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
    • ½ tsp Amoretti® Rosemary Oil Extract
    • ½ tsp Amoretti® Thyme Oil Extract
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • coconut oil spray for coating pan and bites


    1. If the “rice” seems too moist, press paper towels over it to remove some moisture.
    2. Combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. (Mixture can be refrigerated overnight at this point. Be sure to wrap container tightly, because the garlic and onions are very strong.)
    3. Spray a parchment-lined sheet pan with coconut oil spray.
    4. Using small ice cream scoop, place bites onto sprayed parchment. Lightly top bites with more coconut oil spray.
    5. Bake in a 400°F oven for 12 minutes, turn pan and bake another 12-13 minutes, until browned on bottom.
