Rose and Lavender Madeleines, Madeleines, Floral Madeleines

These delicate treats complement any black tea and will satisfy your sophisticated cravings!

Great dipped in steaming black tea or as a sweet side to a hot cup of coffee, madeleines are deliciously sweet and airy. They are both impressive and easy to make, which makes this treat a win-win. And this recipe helps you step up your madeleines with one simple addition: the taste of rose and lavender. The delicate flavor of roses is subtle but creates a beautiful aroma and a unique after taste. Lavender is pungent in both taste and aroma, and is quite a sensational touch when added to the madeleines! We highly recommend calling your friends, having a tea party, and bringing these out to enjoy!
