Spring is hopping into view. It’s time to trade in those hot cocoas for some sweet, icy lemonade. But you don’t settle for regular old lemonade. You want to add in something special to delight your taste buds, don’t you?
Of course you do! What else does spring bring? Not only the brilliant yellow of a tart lemon. What about potent, purple lavender? This floral essence of spring tempers the bounce of the lemons. That’s why we’ve mixed up this sweet Lavender Lemonade recipe. It goes down smooth and will refresh as well as impress your guests!

Ingredients

    Lavender Lemonade ingredient , lavender oil extract, lemonade ingredients, natural lemonade ingredients

    Perfect for baking and any drink you want, our Lavender Oil Extract adds that burst of lavender flavor and aroma!

Directions

    1. In a saucepan, heat lemon juice and sugar, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
    2. Remove from heat and add the Amoretti Lavender Oil Extract.
    3. Chill in an ice bath or in the refrigerator.
    4. Pour over ice and add two slices of fresh lemon.

Rose and Lavender Madeleines

Great dipped in steaming black tea or as a sweet side to a hot cup of coffee, madeleines are deliciously sweet and airy. They are both impressive and easy to make, which makes this treat a win-win. And this recipe helps you step up your madeleines with one simple addition: the taste of rose and lavender. The delicate flavor of roses is subtle but creates a beautiful aroma and a unique after taste. Lavender is pungent in both taste and aroma, and is quite a sensational touch when added to the madeleines! We highly recommend calling your friends, having a tea party, and bringing these out to enjoy!

Ingredients

    Rose Oil Extract, Lavender Oil Extract, Floral extracts,

    Never worry about finding the perfect flowery flavor again with our Rose and Lavender Oil Extracts!

    • 1 stick butter, clarified and cooled
    • 2 eggs
    • ½ cup sugar
    • ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • A pinch of salt
    • 2 tbsp whole milk

Directions

    1. Melt and clarify the butter and set it aside.
    2. Sift the dry ingredients and set them aside.
    3. Whip the eggs and sugar to the ribbon stage (very light in color).
    4. Add the sifted dry ingredients to the egg foam very slowly, with the mixer on low-medium speed just until incorporated.
    5. Add the milk.
    6. Add the cooled clarified butter in a steady stream with the mixer running on low.
    7. Add the desired Extract flavor.
    8. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for an hour or overnight.
    9. Bake at 350 °F degrees for 18-20 minutes, removing when it is firm but before the tops are brown.
    10. Cool on a rack and cover with a towel if not serving right away.
    11. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.

      • The mix created in step 8 will keep chilled for up to 7 days.
      • Rose is a subtle flavor while lavender is especially strong and our Extracts are highly concentrated, so use the recommended amounts or, if you’re going to experiment, make sure to measure carefully!
