    1. Bloom the gelatin in water and set it aside.
    2. Heat cream to simmering.
    3. Pour cream over white chocolate and whisk to combine thoroughly.
    4. Add bloomed gelatin to cream and whisk to mix until it is melted.
    5. Add the Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract and stir to combine.
    6. Chill 6 hours or overnight.
    7. Whip the cold white chocolate cream until firm. Do not over whip.
    8. Fold in the Pomegranate Artisan until completely combined.
