Just in time for Thanksgiving dinner, here is a delicious alternative to the traditional pumpkin pie and coffee to provide a new, exciting finish to your meal; The Amoretti Thanksgiving Triple Play, consisting of a pumpkin spice cheesecake, crema di pumpkin pie whipped topping, and a pumpkin pie latte. The Amoretti Thanksgiving Triple Play utilizes all three syrups in the Amoretti Premium Syrups Pumpkin 3-Pack. Now, isn’t that convenient?
The first step is to create a pumpkin cheesecake, flavored with Amoretti Premium Pumpkin Spice Syrup.
The second step is to whip up a topping, consisting of whipped cream and confectioner’s sugar and flavored with Amoretti Premium Crema di Pumpkin Pie Syrup.
And last but not least, the third step is to prepare delicious pumpkin pie lattes for everyone, made with espresso, steamed milk, and Amoretti Premium Pumpkin Pie Syrup, to sip while enjoying the cheesecake.
No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake
- 2 cups finely crushed gingersnap cookies
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- 10 tbs melted butter
- 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbs Amoretti Premium Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine the gingersnap crumbs with the brown sugar and melted butter. Press evenly into the bottom of a 10-inch springform pan lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake for 5 minutes then remove from oven and set aside to cool.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the sour cream and pumpkin and continue to beat until combined.
Slowly add the sugar and Amoretti Premium Pumpkin Spice Syrup and continue to beat the mixture until combined, scraping down the sides of bowl with a silicone spatula. Pour the pumpkin and cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust, spread out evenly, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Crema di Pumpkin Pie Whipped Topping
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbs confectioner’s sugar
- 6 Tbs Amoretti Premium Crema di Pumpkin Pie Syrup
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts, for garnish
In a bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Add the Crema di Pumpkin Pie Syrup and sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form. If you are certain that the entire cheesecake will be served, carefully spread the whipped topping over the entire cheesecake, slice into 12 serving pieces, plate each slice, and garnish with chopped walnuts. Otherwise, slice the cheesecake into serving pieces, plate just the slices being served, place a dollop of the whipped topping on each slice and garnish with chopped walnuts.
Pumpkin Pie Latte
- 16 ounce glass coffee mug
- 4 ounces fresh brewed espresso (or really strong coffee)
- 6 ounces fat free milk, steamed (or heat in microwave and froth with hand mixer)
- 3 Tbs Amoretti Pumpkin Pie Syrup
Place the Pumpkin Pie Syrup in the bottom of a 16 ounce coffee mug. Pour steamed milk into the coffee mug. Add espresso and stir to blend. Top with froth and enjoy!
