- ½ lime
- 2 sage leaves
- 1 oz Amoretti Organolicious Premium Blue Agave Nectar
- 1 oz Dry Gin
- 1 oz Green Chartreuse
Slice the half lime into fine wedges. Gently muddle the lime and one sage leaf in the agave nectar to release the flavor, but be careful not to overdo it. You don’t want to overpower the Green Chartreuse! Add the muddled mixture, dry gin, and Green Chartreuse to a slender Collins glass, and fill with crushed ice. Garnish with another sage leaf and a wedge of lime. Serve with a straw.
